CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, VERANASI will not be responsible for items sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours, if you have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us here.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on you VERANASI tracking page,

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

All sales are final. we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. VERANASI reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photo of the issue and screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our contact us.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. 

I REFUSED MY DELIVERY, WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Refused delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. 

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us at immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our contact us page. Please be prepared to provide multiple photos of your damaged goods.

I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEMS IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us 48 hours within receiving your order, so that we can take care of this. Please provide your order number with inquiry.

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Discover, and PayPal, you will see this list when you visit our check out page.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. However, if it remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our contact us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

CAN I WEAR GOLD PLATE JEWELRY IN THE SHOWER?

We recommend taking your gold-plated jewelry off before you get in the shower, as it can damage the plating. This protects your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, lotions, and hair and cleaning products.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

GENERAL

  1. When your semi-fine jewelry is not in your daily rotation, store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture from entering. Hint: use your jewelry pouch and gift box packaging provided with each piece. 

SILVER GOLD PLATED JEWELRY

  1. Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, and before applying any personal body product.
  2. Support your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc.
  3. The VERANASI jewelry pouch doubles as a safe haven for your jewelry’s storage and polishing cloth to keep it looking bright and shiny. 

925 STERLING SILVER

  1. Remove jewelry when washing your body, swimming, exercising, or cleaning.
  2. Avoid contact with soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair, and cleaning products.
  3. Removing it when washing hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, and before applying any personal body product.
  4. Stones are fragile and can break, crack, or scratch if not handled with care.
  5. Avoid extreme heat.
  6. Your jewelry pouch doubles as a polishing cloth. We recommend using the pouch to store your jewelry and polish your jewelry as needed.
  7. To clean, rub your jewelry gently in one direction. 
  8. Do not use products like tissue paper or paper towels, as they can cause scratching.
  9. A silver cleaner can be used on pure Sterling Silver pieces.

Our Sterling silver is a bright, shiny, and high-quality metal perfect for sensitive skin. The composition is 92.5% silver and 7.5% of copper. Because silver is soft by nature, a small amount of other metals are added to give it a practical strength and durability, Sterling silver will tarnish with age or in contact with water but can easily be buffer to be restored to its original shine,
